Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Zion Holistic Health website, purchasing services, or enrolling in any program. By accessing this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Zion Holistic Health is a faith-based, whole-person wellness coaching business located in Houston, Texas, offering wellness coaching, nutrition education, lifestyle support, accountability, workshops, digital resources, and faith-based encouragement.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. You may not use this website to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Zion Holistic Health offers products and services for purchase in connection with this website, including but not limited to individual coaching appointments, coaching programs and packages, workshops and group events, and digital products and downloadable resources. These are booked and paid for through our secure client portal, Practice Better, which is linked from this website. All purchases are subject to the pricing, terms, and policies in effect at the time of purchase, in addition to any applicable terms presented by Practice Better during checkout.
Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our client portal, Practice Better, using Stripe as the payment processor. Zion Holistic Health does not directly store your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you authorize Zion Holistic Health to charge the payment method provided.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may be moved to another available date or refunded to the original payment method. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fixed $25 cancellation fee. When a refund is approved, the fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice may be charged the full session fee. Payment of any outstanding balance may be required before another appointment can be scheduled.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened session or may need to reschedule. Sessions will not be extended beyond the scheduled ending time. A rescheduled late arrival may be treated as a late cancellation.
A full refund may be requested before the first scheduled session and before any program materials have been accessed or delivered. After a program begins, approved refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the program. Completed sessions will be charged at the regular individual-session rate, and the value of delivered digital materials or other nonrecoverable costs may be deducted. Payment-plan cancellation does not remove responsibility for services and materials already received. Unused sessions must be completed before the package expiration date stated at purchase unless Zion approves an extension in writing.
Cancellations made at least seven days before an event may receive a full refund. Cancellations made three to six days before the event may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before an event are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior approval. If Zion cancels an event, participants may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
Digital products are nonreturnable and nonrefundable once accessed or downloaded. Zion will provide a replacement or reasonable assistance if a file is defective, duplicated, or cannot be accessed because of a technical issue within Zion’s control.
Zion may consider documented emergencies or exceptional circumstances individually. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary by the payment provider.
Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted through Practice Better or sent to Admin@zionholistichealth.com. Include your name, service or program, appointment date, and reason for the request.
